Agreement to Terms

These Terms apply to all users of ash777, including visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use the platform in any capacity. ash777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Third-party payment provider fees, where applicable, are the player's responsibility.

• ash777 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in a rolling 30-day period.
• In the event of a disputed transaction, ash777 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing until the dispute is resolved.
• Chargebacks initiated through Visa or Mastercard without first contacting ash777 support will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

• In all cases, ash777's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
